The company is having three R & D farms located at different places as detailed below.
a) Dandupalli village, Manoharabad Mandal, Gajwel District, Telangana-502336 in an area of 6.0 acres.
b) Kumsara Village, Kamol Mandal, Nirmal District, Telangana in an area of 30 acres.
c) Aladakatti Village, Antaravalli Post, Ranebennuru Taluk, Haveri Dist, Karnataka-581115 in an area of 5.0 acres
In these R & D units, breeding of different vegetable crops, parental seed multiplication, seed production of various crops and growout test and screening for pests diseases are being taken up.
The company is also having collaboration with ANGRAU, ICRISAT-Hyderabad and Dr. YSR Horticultural University, Tadepalligudem in exchange of Germplasam, conducting MLT's, upgrading the capabilities of technical staff through training programmes, workshops etc. and assessing the performance of released products for various trails.
It is located in an area of 5000 sft at D.No. 8-7-28/10/1, Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Old Bowenpally, Medchal Malkajgiri District-500011. In the said unit, printing of pouches, processing of various crop seeds involving cleaning, grading, weighing, filling and sealing activities are being done. Further packing and dispatch of the consignments are also carried out at the same place.
In addition to the above activities, seed quality tests like germination tests are also carried out at the same place especially created as laboratory which is well equipped with different instruments and equipment’s.
The company is assisted by a group of persons well experienced in Research & Development and Marketing since its establishment. The R&D division is headed by renowned scientist Dr. P. Suryanarayana Reddy M.Sc.(Ag), Ph.D in horticulture having nearly 30years of experience in the seed production industry. The marketing group is guided by a well experienced Marketing Manager Sri B. Mohana Rao MBA (Finance & Marketing) since its inception. Is having wide experience in Marketing of seeds for nearly 15 years. The Company is able to develop and produce several hybrids in various vegetable crops which are very much popular among the farmers in the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odissa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Maharashtra.
In addition to the seed production and marketing activities, the unit is also carrying out field demonstrations, farmers meet and dealers meet to enlighten the company activities to the farming community.
